• We act honestly, fairly and reliably in all our business relationships.
• We share information accurately, completely and on time, and never make misleading statements.
• We take responsibility for our decisions and their consequences.
• We comply with the laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate.

• Our employees treat one another and our stakeholders with respect; discrimination, harassment and bullying are not tolerated.
• Occupational health and safety rules are followed, and any unsafe situation is reported immediately.
• Only authorised persons make statements on behalf of the company.

• Employees avoid situations in which their personal interests could conflict with those of the company.
• Business with firms where relatives work or hold shares is disclosed to management in advance.
• Positions held outside the company are disclosed and must not conflict with company business.

• We fully deliver the quality, schedule and confidentiality terms we commit to our customers.
• We select suppliers objectively on price, quality, delivery and compliance criteria.
• We are transparent in our dealings with public authorities and follow the applicable rules.

• No gift, hospitality or benefit that could influence business decisions is accepted or offered.
• Gifts other than promotional items of symbolic value are reported to management and returned.
• Bribes, facilitation payments and commission requests are never accepted.

• We fully comply with national defence-industry legislation and with permit and licensing processes.
• We comply with the relevant export-control regimes when exporting products, technical data and software.
• We do not do business with persons or organisations on sanctions lists.

• Company assets (equipment, software, information systems) are used carefully and for business purposes only.
• Intellectual property, design data and source code are protected and never copied or shared without permission.
• Information-security policies are followed, and any suspicious situation is reported immediately.

• Business opportunities learned of in the course of work are not used for personal gain.
• The company's information, name or position is not used to obtain personal benefit.

• Customer and project information is shared only with those who need to know it for their work.
• The duty of confidentiality continues after the employment relationship ends.
• Personal data are processed and protected in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and related legislation.
