Savtera Savunma Sanayii Teknolojileri A.Ş.PRIVACY NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

a) Data controller
Savtera Savunma Sanayii Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Savtera") attaches the utmost importance to the security of your personal data and to processing and retaining the personal data of all natural persons associated with Savtera in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law"). As data controller, Savtera may process your personal data within the scope described below.
b) Purposes of processing
Personal data obtained through our website and other communication channels may be processed for the purposes of:
- evaluating and responding to requests, quotation requests and project enquiries submitted via the contact form or email;
- receiving and evaluating job and internship applications and conducting recruitment processes;
- managing newsletter subscriptions and sending product and corporate announcements;
- planning and carrying out corporate communication, event and procurement activities;
- ensuring the security of our IT infrastructure and website and preventing misuse;
- fulfilling retention, information, reporting and other obligations arising from applicable legislation,
in accordance with the conditions for processing set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
c) Recipients and purposes of transfer
Your personal data may be transferred, solely for and limited to the purposes above, to our business partners and suppliers (including our hosting and email providers) and to competent public authorities as required by law, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
d) Method and legal grounds of collection
Your personal data are collected electronically or physically through channels such as the contact, careers and newsletter forms on our website, email, telephone and in-person meetings. They are processed on the legal grounds of your explicit consent, necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with our legal obligations, and our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
e) Your rights under Article 11 of the Law
If you submit a request regarding your rights using the methods described below, it will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. Where the procedure entails an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board. As a data subject, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data are processed;
- request information if they have been processed;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used in line with that purpose;
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data are transferred;
- request correction if your data are incomplete or inaccurate;
- request erasure or destruction of your data where the reasons for processing no longer exist, and request that third parties to whom the data were transferred be notified;
- object to a result to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems;
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
f) Retention period and applications to the data controller
Personal data you share with Savtera are retained for the periods required by law or, where no period is prescribed, for as long as the purpose of processing requires; they are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
To exercise your rights under Article 13 of the Law, you may send a written application containing information identifying you and an explanation of the right you wish to exercise to info@savtera.com, deliver it in person or via a notary to Savtera Savunma Sanayii Teknolojileri A.Ş., [Adres bilgisi], [İlçe / İl], or send it with a secure electronic signature to our registered email (KEP) address [KEP adresi].
